"Whenever I visit Panama City, I always stay in the Zen Best Western Hotel. It is surrounded by good small local coffee shops and restaurants, very local vibes, quiet, safe, close to the main attractions, and the airport with basic breakfast included. Some rooms need updating, but overall, it is a very clean hotel with professional staff. The only downside was the weak Wi-Fi inside the room."
